Chu Minyi (褚民谊, 1884 – 1946), from Huzhou City of Zhejiang Province, was a Chinese traitor during the Second World War period.

Chu Minyi traveled to Japan to further his studies in 1903 and later traveled to France in 1906. Chu Minyi obtained his PhD degree in medicine at University of Strasbourg in France in 1924.

Chu Minyi participated in Wang Jingwei’s (汪精卫, Zhu’s brother-in-law) “peace” movement which actively collaborated with Japan in 1939. Chu continued with the traitorous activities over the whole Second Word War period. Chu was captured in Guangzhou in 1945 and later executed in 1946.
